The Meridian project is a 100% affordable housing development that serves Sunnyvale’s low-income families and households with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This vital development includes seven townhomes and one 4-story apartment building, providing 90 affordable homes to residents earning 30-80% of the Area Median Income (AMI), with 25% of units set aside for tenants with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Ideally situated, the development is just two blocks away from bus and train transit stations, with easy walking access to retail and dining venues and a neighborhood park. The project proudly achieved GreenPoint Rated Gold recognition, underscoring its commitment to sustainability and quality living.

K+W worked in collaboration with Related California, Steinberg Hart, and Spurlock Landscape Architects providing comprehensive civil engineering + land surveying services. The scope of work included utility planning, frontage improvements, stormwater management, and grading and drainage plans, as well as topographic, boundary and utility survey. K+W also performed mapping for this project.
