Prologis Park Tracy II – Amazon

Amazon’s facility on N. Chrisman Road in Tracy is a 1 million-square-foot warehouse building with over 2,500 parking stalls. The 68-acre Amazon site is a portion of Prologis Park Tracy II, a 160-acre master-planned industrial development. Kier + Wright provided design and surveying services to support the master planning of Prologis Park Tracy II and prepared civil engineering plans for the construction of the Amazon site and for a later expansion of Amazon’s facility.

Civil engineering services provided to support the construction of the 68-acre site include grading and drainage design and design of the site’s utility infrastructure, which includes a retention basin, a sanitary sewer pump station, a force main and rerouted irrigation canals.

Kier + Wright’s off-site improvements scope included plans to extend a 12” public water line and plans for the construction of a new road, Skylark Way.

Surveying services provided for the site include topographic and utility survey, aerial base-mapping, and the preparation of a lot line adjustment.
